Our sister publication, Air Quality News, has unveiled the initial details for its annual industry gathering, uniting climate scientists, local government leaders, and environmental tech firms.
The 2024 National Air Quality Conference will take place at Prospero House, Borough, London, on 6th November.
Now in its fifth year, the event will bring together policymakers and academics, engineers and innovators working in the air quality and measurement space. Confirmed speakers include Giona Coull of the Cross River Partnership, Imperial College London’s Diana Varadan, known for her work on the Breathe London project, among other initiatives, and Nick Ruxton-Boyle. Director of Environment at Marston Holdings, a leading name in the climate tech and analytics space.
In addition to panels discussion and presentations, exhibitors will be on hand to talk through the latest innovations in the air quality and air pollution measurement industry, with some of the biggest brands and companies in the sector set to take part. You can keep updated with developments and announcements relating to the event by signing up to the Air Quality News newsletter, here.
This will be the magazine’s second event this year, having already hosted the Northern Air Quality Conference at The Bridgewater Hall, Manchester, back in March. You can read a full report from the day here, giving an insight into the groundbreaking research, captivating case studies, and eye-opening data shared with delegates, giving an invaluable overview of the vital work aimed at tackling one of the world’s biggest environmental challenges – a silent and often invisible killer thought to be responsible for 7million premature deaths globally each year.
