An opportunity has arisen within the Arb and Countryside team for an Environmental Response Operative X1

Your responsibilities will be:

To carry out a range of Environmental tasks, including waste clearances, gardening, horticultural, and grounds maintenance, contributing to the appearance and the environment within and around Sandwell

You must have:

• Experience of working in a horticultural/ waste/cleansing environment
• A good understanding of Health and Safety including COSHH, Risk Assessments, Working at Height, and Safe Methods of Work.
• Ability to drive a variety of council vehicles
• Ability to operate a range of mechanical and manual horticultural tools

Interviews will take place on at Taylors Lane Depot, Oldbury.
