Job description
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Pest Control Technician/Officer.
The appointed person will be involved in all aspects of operational duties that will include servicing annual contracts, treating a full range of insect and rodent pests, bird proofing, pest proofing and environmental management.
The ideal candidate will have some previous industry experience and training, and a qualification equivalent to RSPH/BPCA Level 2 would be an advantage. However, consideration will be given to appointing a less qualified candidate and providing them with on-the-job training where they have demonstrated a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
You will be an effective team worker, self-motivated, well organised and be able to manage busy workloads. You should also possess excellent communication skills and be committed to customer care. An ability to sell pest control services in a commercial environment is desirable and you will be encouraged to help develop our growing customer base.
